CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Cancellation before shipment (Valid on orders’ place & delivery in Domestic and International ):
 
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on E-mail: janaajit83@gmail.com or call us on +91 825 000 4180 (Monday to Sunday-08AM to 10PM.
 
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
 
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
 
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
  1. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  2. For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  3. In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through www.ajwayproducts.co.in coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
  • Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
  • If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
How do I return an item purchased on www.ajwayproducts.co.in?

Indian Orders:

BEXIM INDUSTRIAL PRIVATE LIMITED offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 15 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
  1. Step 1: Follow one of the following steps:

Click on 'Have a Concern'>Click on 'Submit a Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Share an email to our Customer support team at E-mail: janaajit83@gmail.com  within 05 business days of receiving the order.
 
  1. Step 2: Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
 

International Orders:

Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition.

If a return is accepted, www.ajwayproducts.co.in will replace or refund the invoiced rupee value for, the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product. In either case, the additional customs amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a refund coupon, that can be applied to the customer’s next order with www.ajwayproducts.co.in, subject to the customer providing a copy of the customs receipt.
 
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 05 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand
Categories not eligible for Return:
  1. Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
  2. Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

RETURN POLICY 
 
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and  international orders. From the time of order placed, it takes about 5-7 days for domestic orders and 7-15 days for international orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple  shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from My Order section.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What is the return policy on www.ajwayproducts.co.in Fashion?

 
Most of our products are eligible for return and replacements for domestic orders. There are some  items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from My Order section in App within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging andeligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.

 

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end.

Can I cancel my order?

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debitcard where the payment was madefrom. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bankdetails/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please requestfor a size exchange through My order section or the customer service team within 07(seven) days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size youhave requested is not available we will offeryou the option to return the product instead.

REFUND POLICY
 
For all Trade Assurance orders (excluding Direct Pay Orders) where the order status is still "Pending Shipment,” the buyer may apply for a full refund on E-mail :janaajit83@gmail.com by clicking “Apply for Refund” within two (2) hours after completing payment. The system will automatically process the refund and close the order, saving the buyer the trouble of having to negotiate directly with the our company.

Standard Buyer benefits: All Trade Assurance orders where the amount is less than or equal to US $5,000 are eligible in the below scenarios.

1. Late delivery refund: When the order status is "Delayed dispatch", After a buyer submits a refund request, the seller must accept the buyer’s refund request within seventy-two (72) hours or negotiate to cancel the refund request with the buyer.

2. No response from the seller after five days: After a buyer submits or modifies a refund request:

a) The seller must respond to the buyer's request within five (5) calendar days. If the seller fails to respond within five (5) calendar days, our company will process the refund as per the buyer's request.

b) If the seller has responded to the refund request, the buyer also needs to respond within five (5) calendar days or the system will automatically cancel the refund request.
